Sync your Google Workspace calendar with iCloud
Whether your Google account is a personal Gmail or a company-managed Google Workspace account, Seam connects the same way — through Google's own sign-in — and keeps it in sync with your personal iCloud calendar.
From €6.99/mo · five-day full-access trial
Does this work with a company Google account?
Seam uses the standard Google Calendar API OAuth scope — the same permission any calendar app requests, nothing Workspace-specific. Most organizations allow this by default.
Some Workspace admins restrict which third-party apps can request calendar access. If yours does, you'll see that clearly the moment you try to connect — worth a quick check with IT beforehand if you're on a tightly locked-down company account.
A shared calendar link isn't the same thing.
Most people's first attempt is exporting or subscribing to a calendar link. It looks like it works — until an edit or a cancellation doesn't show up on the other side.
Built to be trusted with your calendar
The permissions, the data handling, and what happens if you ever want out — stated plainly, not buried in the Privacy Policy.
It previews before it acts
Seam previews every first sync: what gets copied, what gets linked, what gets deleted. Every change is logged, and any change can be undone.
We never see your passwords
Google connects through its own sign-in. iCloud connects with an app-specific password — not your real Apple ID password — that you create yourself and can revoke at any time.
Encrypted, and only used to sync
Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Your events are read only to copy them — never sold, never used for ads.
Delete anytime, fully
Deleting your account stops all syncing and removes your data immediately, with the option to also remove events Seam created.
A person replies, not a queue
Support replies within 3 business days. Professional and Team plans get a human response in about 4 hours.

Before you ask
- Will my company's Google Workspace admin need to approve this?
- Only if your organization restricts third-party app access to Google Calendar — most Workspace accounts allow it by default. If you're not sure, ask your IT admin, or try connecting and Google will tell you immediately if it's blocked.
- Will it duplicate my events?
- No — matching events are linked, not copied twice.
- What if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. Syncing slows down; your calendars stay as they are.
- Can I undo it?
- Every change, for up to 180 days.
- Do you read my events?
- Only what's needed to copy them, and only in the calendars you pick.
Stop copying events by hand.
