Seam

Terms of Service

Effective: September 5, 2026

Seam is a two-way calendar sync tool between Google Calendar and Apple iCloud Calendar. By using Seam, you agree to these terms. If you subscribe to a paid plan, the separate Subscription Terms also apply.

The service

Seam keeps calendars of your choosing in sync — events created, edited, or cancelled on either side are propagated to the other. Seam is currently a private-beta web service; a native iOS app is planned. Features, availability, and scope may change without notice, especially during beta.

Beta status, provided as-is

Seam is beta software. It is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Known limitations exist (for example, editing a single occurrence of a recurring event may not sync correctly) and may change over time without notice.

Your responsibilities

Intellectual property

Seam's software, branding, and content are owned by JDG ALYAKSEY VASILEVICH. Google Calendar is a trademark of Google LLC; iCloud is a trademark of Apple Inc. Seam is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seam and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed, duplicated, or incorrectly synced calendar events. Use Seam at your own risk, and keep your own backups of anything important.

Termination

You may disconnect your accounts and stop using Seam at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, at our discretion — particularly during this beta period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you're a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your own country of residence.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Seam after a change means you accept the updated terms.
